The Law Firm

Founded by its managing attorney in 2010, LegalWorks Apostolate, PLLC, has a long track record as “Counsel for a Culture of Life” — facilitating the missions and goals of faithful individuals and families, businesses and nonprofits, Church ministries and lay apostolates. The law apostolate has provided varied legal and strategic counsel to individuals and institutions both large and small — whether local, regional, national, or international in scope. The firm has a particularly strong history helping faithful persons and institutions navigate regulatory and transactional hurdles as they enter and maintain a presence in the field of religious broadcasting. The legal apostolate has represented hundreds of clients with matters ranging from administrative and appellate litigation, business entity formation and nonprofit law, contracts and transactions, communications and media law, regulatory compliance, and end-of-life planning consistent with Church Teaching. Our goal is to avoid turning the law into a source of paralysis. We assess the goals and offer legal and strategic counsel to assist our clients in achieving those goals within the confines of the law. Our mission is to facilitate the good works of our clients on behalf of the Church and a Culture of Life.
