Maryanne M. Linkes, Esq.

Maryanne Linkes earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1982 after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh in 1978. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.

Maryanne leads the Corporate/Nonprofit section of the law practice at LegalWorks Apostolate, PLLC. She also serves as in-house counsel for Saint Joseph Missions and its "We Are One Body" Radio Network based in Western Pennsylvania. Previously, Maryanne worked as in-house legal counsel at major corporations such as American Broadcasting Companies (ABC), Westinghouse Electric Company, and Pittsburgh Corning Corporation. She is an adjunct professor at Community College of Allegheny County, teaching in the areas of Business, Economics, and Real Estate. She also teaches in her parish RCIA and CCD programs.

Maryanne's legal practice emphasizes the particular concerns of businesses and corporations or of individuals interacting with such business entities. She has experience with the negotiation and drafting of contracts, leases and other transactional documents; government relations and policy advocacy; mergers and acquisitions; business development; for-profit and not-for-profit incorporation and related work; and corporate compliance and training.

An adamant pro-life activist, Maryanne has assisted organizations seeking legal reform to protect the innocent unborn. She is on the Board of Directors of People Concerned for the Unborn Child (PCUC). A mother of one son, Maryanne is a promoter of natural family planning and a representative of Peoples with Disabilities.

Among her many associations, Maryanne is active in parish life, founded Catholics in Truth, and is a member of the Society of Catholic Social Scientists, Catholics United in Faith, and the Marian Catechist Apostolate.
